The lab is devoted to the application of peptide and DNA science in multidisciplinary research activities at the interface of chemistry, biology and materials. Our expertise and research interests are wide in scopes, including:

• Design and synthesis of bioactive peptides/peptidomimetics for drug development
• Chemistry for protein engineering
• Peptide & DNA based analytical platforms
•  Supramolecular chemistry and nanomaterials

Our research takes advantage of several national and international collaborative projects, with a strong focus in technology development.
