The Lab is dedicated to the development of innovative materials, systems and methodologies for the study of Extracellular Vesicles (EVs).
We work on novel technological breakthroughs to accelerate the transition of EV based research to real clinical utility. Current projects are aimed at the implementation of:
- Multimodal analytical platforms for EV characterization
- Methods for affinity capturing and isolation of EVs in a scalable format
We are among the founders of EVIta: the Italian Society for Extracellular Vesicles
EVs counting and sizing
EVs microarrays for biomarkers analysis and discovery
Technologies for EVs isolation and characterization
EVs-based liquid biopsy
